Online giving is a safe and easy way to give your tithes and offerings to New City Church. NCC recently acquired a new online giving tool to better serve our members, called Elexio Giving. If you have given online in the past or are new to this system, you will be asked to create a new account to establish your profile and begin making donations through Elexio Giving.
If you have given in the past, you might be wondering why you have to set-up a new account. The answer is your credit or debit card details WERE NOT transferred over from our old system. When you set-up your new account in Elexio Giving and donate online, those gifts are synchronized into the main church database, called Community. To learn about NCC Community click HERE.

Some members enjoy the convenience of scheduling their giving to coincide with their budget and find it useful to set-up recurring gifts. This can be helpful if your tithe is always for the same amount or if you plan to be on vacation and don't want an interruption to your giving.
Others that find this method convenient are those that donate on a consistent basis to support a particular ministry such as the Impact Ministries and Food Pantry. Once you set-up this type of schedule it will continue until you modify it.
Important: If you have been using recurring or scheduled giving and want it to continue, you must set-up your giving schedule using Elexio Giving. For your security, your previous information did not transfer over from the prior system.

At NCC, we use an online giving tool called Elexio Giving. Your payment methods and billing information are stored securely in this system. We also use a member database called Elexio Community. These two systems work together so whenever you give online, those gifts are added to the account history in the Community member database, giving you one central location to view or print all your giving history, whether it be cash, checks, or online gifts.
Each system uses a separate user login and password.
Elexio Giving is Level 1 PCI Security Certified. The payment card industry has very strict standards to protect your sensitive payment information and Elexio carefully adheres to their policies and standards.
Your online giving account is accessible from any web browser on a computer, tablet, or smart phone. Just navigate to this webpage and click the Give Now button to be redirected to Elexio Giving or bookmark the direct link, which is www.elexiogiving.com/ncc.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. If you allow someone to use your account or leave your login information out for someone to see, your sensitive, personal and financial information may be at risk.
By creating an online account, you can schedule new contributions at any time. You can modify or cancel contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed; however, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please email FINANCE.
You may also use your online account to register for an event. Event registration payments are processed immediately and a receipt is sent to the email address on record. If there is ever an error in the registration, please email FINANCE.
