All of us were created by God to make a difference in the life of another person. God has a special place for you where your unique abilities and passions can touch the lives of others. At NCC, serving on a ministry team is an awesome opportunity to "hit the target" with other believers who share your unique passion.
"The best teams are made up of a bunch of nobodies, who love everybody, and serve anybody, and don't care about becoming a somebody." Phil Dooley

The Events Management Team serves the church by making every person feel special at each event. We create, organize, and administrate all events for the church. Those given to hospitality, who love to cook, decorate, organize, administrate, and help others feel loved through creative serving would find this team beneficial. Service time varies depending on the event and preparation needed.

We have been called by Jesus to care for those who are sick. We have also been instructed to pray for the sick. Here is an opportunity to respond to the Word of God and be part of a growing team of caregivers. In addition to hospital visitation, there are opportunities for home visitation as well. Training and support is provided.
"I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." (Matt 25:36)
"Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord." (James 5:14)

We believe the church exists to touch the local community, our nation and the world with the love of Jesus Christ. With the theme "Love Reaches," we attempt to make an impact locally through our City Bridges food pantry, our partnership with local schools, helping to feed hunger children, disaster relief, and partnering with other ministries to help stop human trafficking. Globally, we support foreign mission works and send out short-term missions teams to minister in other countries.
