Your new NCC Community database by Elexio is ready to use. We chose this system for many reasons but primarily we wanted the system to be user friendly for our members, regular attenders, friends of NCC, and staff.
In Community you will be able to add a nice picture of yourself, update your contact information, such as your email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, date of birth, login username, and password. All you have to do is click the edit button and make the necessary changes. Your changes will be submitted to our support staff so we can confirm the changes as permanent. It's that simple.
Community stores all your financial giving. Donations that you have made through online giving will display here as well as monies you have given to NCC or it's ministries through cash or paper check donations.
You now have the convenience of printing out your own giving statement. You can filter for a particular time period or view all gifts made to NCC. At the bottom of the giving history you'll see totals by fund so you can easily see how much you have given towards each.
If you ever have questions about how to use the system, please reach out to us and we’ll be glad to help. You can email Help, if you have any questions or see a discrepancy.
If you give donations online or register for events that require payment, you'll be logging into our online giving portal. If you have never given online with our new system, you'll be able to set-up an account easily and quickly. Click HERE for information about NCC Online Giving.
You can login to NCC Community from any web browser HERE. The image above is what the login screen should look like. Your default user name is your first name, a dot, and your last name.
Example: Katherine Smith's login username is Katherine.Smith. If you aren't sure how your name is listed in Community, just email us and we'll send you a login reset. Or click "Forgot Password" and the system will prompt you for your email address. If you've been receiving our newsletters, that will be the email address we have for you.
For additional questions or help with login's click HERE.
If you have an iPhone or Android phone, you have the option to download the mobile app and install it so you don't have to use your browser. It's very convenient and the sign-in screen looks the same. You may not see everything that is displayed in the example below, as permissions determine what areas you have access to, but you will be able to view and edit your account, add a nice picture of yourself, and make donations.
